I help people tell stories. 

Sometimes this involves the creation of digital media, sometimes it’s about getting people face-to-face and facilitating powerful dialogue, sometimes it means unearthing a stale narrative and bringing it back to life. Regardless of the media or where the process begins, it’s all storytelling. And that’s where I come in: 

I help individuals and organizations be great storytellers. 

After spending 22 years consulting with clients on communications and marketing, I complemented my existing expertise with professional coach training in 2011.  

The bulk of my professional experience has been working with global organizations assisting executive and HR teams in communicating to employees. Along the way I've been fortunate to have had great clients and produced award-winning work. One of my favorite memories is when my work for Hard Rock Café was featured on NBC World News Tonight, the National Savings Summit, and on Japanese Public Television.

I began my career as a graphic designer, then moved to writing, and eventually into developing communication strategy and leading the team. Because of this varied experience, I possess a unique set of skills and point of view. I am comfortable in
C-suite meetings, in the design pit, and when working with multi-disciplinary teams.

I drink green juice and am officially in love with my Vitamix. I have one daughter, one dog, and one husband. For fun, I ride my bike and pretend I’m in Paris.
